Tokyo - March 22:  Tokyo Disney Resort Monorail

The Disney Resort Line entrance is next to Ikspiari (shopping area).

Inside the station, you come through the gate area and then up an escalator.

You go past a map of the Disney Resort.

Waiting on the platform for the monorail, which approaches from the left.

Notice the mouse shaped windows on the monorail cars.

Even the hand holds are shaped like Mickey Mouse.

Since the monorail goes in a counter-clockwise manner, the next stop is for the Tokyo Disneyland park.  As explained on the previous day, it is just as far to walk to the Disneyland gate as it is to walk to the monorail station from the train station.  You can see familiar sites from the monorail - Cinderella's Castle, Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain, the entrance gates for Disneyland, and then closer views of Space Mountain.  Notice on the second picture below, that you can see some of the Tokyo Disney Resort Official Hotels (third party hotels similar to the Downtown Disney Resort Hotels in Orlando, Florida) behind Space Mountain.

The next stop is for the Tokyo Disney Resort Official Hotels, but no pictures were taken of it.  Instead you can start to see the Tokyo DisneySea Park across the parking lots.  In the distance of the first picture is the Tower of Terror next to Mount Prometheus.

You see the backside of the Indiana Jones Adventure: Temple of the Crystal Skull in the Lost River Delta and the S. S. Columbia in the American Waterfront.

Parking lot for buses (yes the small vehicle in the forefront is a bus in Japan) and a view of the Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta across the entrance plaza.

Finally reaching the Tokyo DisneySea Station.

When leaving the park, the next stop is back at Ikspiari and the Maihama Station.
